Sales Associate – Buyer Facing

About the role

The Sales Associate – Buyer Facing at Peach is responsible for driving car sales in Nairobi by understanding customer needs and providing expert guidance. You will build trust throughout the customer journey, manage the sales process from inquiry to closing, and ensure accurate data management.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, handling inquiries, complaints and proactive communication.
• Conduct needs assessments, present vehicles, negotiate pricing, financing and trade‑ins, and close sales.
• Schedule and oversee test drives, ensuring a positive experience.
• Enter and update customer and sales data promptly in CRM and tracking tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Inspections, Fleet, Finance, Customer Experience, Marketing and Customer Success to support sales growth.
• Monitor sales metrics, generate reports and share insights during team meetings.
• Follow up with prospects via calls, emails and messaging platforms to nurture leads.
