About the role

The Sales Associate – Private Seller will act as the main point of contact for individuals looking to sell their vehicles. You will guide sellers through every step of the process, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and positive experience while helping the company maintain a strong vehicle supply.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with private sellers through personalized communication.
• Manage the end‑to‑end seller journey from initial contact to final sale, adhering to company policies.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance, answer inquiries, and resolve any concerns throughout the selling process.
• Assist sellers in creating effective vehicle listings and offer pricing advice based on market trends.
• Coordinate negotiations and support the closing phase to secure successful transactions.
• Educate sellers on platform features, communicate the process clearly, and proactively address disputes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve operational or technical issues affecting sellers.
• Track and report key performance metrics related to seller activity and sales outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales, customer experience, or a similar role.
• Proven ability to manage customer accounts and deliver high‑quality service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation abilities and a customer‑centric mindset.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
• Proficiency with sales tools for lead and interaction management.
