Sales Executive – Real Estate & Project Sales (Built‑In Appliances)

About the role

Nexus Staffing Solutions is looking for a results‑driven Sales Executive to generate new business for a client that manufactures built‑in home appliances. The role focuses on identifying construction and property projects, building relationships with key decision‑makers, and converting those opportunities into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within real‑estate, construction and interior‑solutions markets.
• Research upcoming residential, commercial and institutional projects that may require built‑in appliances.
• Build relationships with property developers, contractors, architects, interior designers and procurement teams.
• Generate leads through prospecting, networking, referrals and industry contacts.
• Prepare and present product specifications, catalogues, quotations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Negotiate commercial terms, close sales and maintain an active project pipeline from lead generation to conversion.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven sales or business‑development experience, preferably in B2B or project‑based environments.
• Strong prospecting, lead‑generation and negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience conducting client and site visits.
• Ability to prepare quotations, proposals and sales reports independently.
• Commercially driven, self‑motivated and target‑oriented; a valid driving licence is an advantage.
