Sales Executive – Real Estate & Project Sales (Built‑In Home Appliances)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Sales Executive to generate and close built‑in home appliance projects within the real‑estate and construction sectors in Nairobi.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in real‑estate and construction projects.
• Research upcoming residential and commercial projects that require built‑in appliances.
• Build and maintain relationships with developers, contractors, architects, interior designers and procurement teams.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals and direct prospecting.
• Conduct client meetings, site visits and deliver product presentations.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals and pricing to secure orders/LPOs.
• Negotiate terms and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain a robust project sales pipeline and update activity reports.
• Monitor competitor offerings, pricing and market trends.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of proven sales or business‑development experience in real‑estate, home‑appliance, construction or related sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and convert project opportunities into orders.
• Existing network or contacts with property developers, contractors, architects, interior designers or procurement teams is highly advantageous.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills with a target‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Ability to conduct site visits, engage clients professionally and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
• Self‑motivated, commercially driven and able to work independently.
