Sales Executive (TikTok and Instagram)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to promote overseas job opportunities through TikTok and Instagram. You will create engaging short‑form videos, go live to answer questions, and turn online interest into qualified candidates for our recruitment agency.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish TikTok videos and Instagram content that showcase available jobs.
• Host live sessions on TikTok to market positions and respond to applicant queries.
• Handle inquiries on TikTok, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram in a professional manner.
• Generate qualified leads, schedule office visits and follow up candidates through the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends and apply them to increase reach and engagement.
• Produce daily content including videos, photos and candidate testimonials.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure accurate job information is shared.
• Meet weekly and monthly lead‑generation and application targets.
• Represent the HR Edge brand positively and assist with marketing campaigns and recruitment drives.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to two years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills and a professional online presence.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
• Interest in recruitment and overseas employment opportunities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp for business use.
• Basic video creation and editing for short‑form content.
