Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential client companies that could benefit from Flowmingo’s hiring solution.
• Present the platform’s value proposition, highlighting time‑saving and fairness benefits.
• Act as a trusted point of contact, answering questions and guiding prospects through adoption.
• Collect real‑time market feedback to help improve the product and partner program.
• Manage your own pipeline and track performance against revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or consulting.
• Strong network within the hiring, HR or talent acquisition space.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
