About the role
We are seeking an Account Manager to build long‑term, trusting relationships with our customers. In this role you will manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, develop new business from existing clients, and actively pursue new sales opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management or sales.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
