As a Sales Growth Business Partner you will introduce Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to forward‑thinking companies in your network. This remote, part‑time role is referral‑based and offers full flexibility while you earn commissions on the revenue generated by the clients you bring.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential client companies that could benefit from Flowmingo.
• Present the platform’s value proposition, emphasizing time savings and improved hiring outcomes.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact and thought partner for prospects exploring the solution.
• Gather real‑time market feedback to help refine product features and partner programs.
• Manage your own pipeline independently and track performance against revenue targets.
