About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive prospecting, close new business, and nurture existing client relationships. You will work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from lead to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities across multiple channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn social selling, and networking events.
  • Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline and generate qualified leads consistently.
  • Deliver compelling online and in‑person presentations, product demos, and tailored proposals that address client needs.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing accounts, conducting regular business reviews and uncovering upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
  • Track and report sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align strategies and ensure smooth onboarding.

Required profile

  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Account Executive, or similar role with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
