About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team at a luxury five‑star hotel. The successful candidate will drive corporate sales, build strong client relationships, and deliver measurable business results within the Kenyan corporate market.
Key responsibilities
- Strategically develop, grow, and sustain the corporate sales market for the hotel.
- Identify high‑value opportunities, close deals, and achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Analyse market trends and create winning sales strategies.
- Generate new corporate accounts and maximise revenue from existing clients.
- Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Represent the hotel brand with professionalism in presentations and networking events.
Required profile
- Confident, results‑oriented professional with a hunter mentality.
- Deep knowledge of Kenya’s corporate market and established networks.
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to analyse market data.
- Persuasive communicator with excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
- Self‑motivated, ambitious, and resilient in a fast‑paced environment.
