Sales Manager – Solar Products

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the promotion and distribution of our solar product portfolio, including inverters, storage solutions and solar batteries. Based in Nairobi, you will drive growth across corporate, commercial and residential segments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in B2B and B2C markets.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to after‑sales support.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines and regular performance reports.
• Collaborate with technical, installation and support teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market visits, presentations and attend industry events to increase product visibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in renewable energy or related sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead cross‑functional initiatives.

Required skills

• Knowledge of solar products such as inverters, batteries and energy storage systems.
