About the role
Buysimu is expanding its footprint in Kenya and seeks dynamic Sales Officers to champion its Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) solutions. In this role you will promote Buysimu services, engage both customers and merchants, and oversee shop‑based and field sales activities.
Key responsibilities
- Drive sales of BNPL products across retail locations and field territories.
- Promote Buysimu services to customers and merchant partners.
- Manage shop and field sales operations, ensuring product visibility and availability.
- Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate thorough product knowledge.
Required profile
- Experience in the mobile phone industry (retail, distribution, or brand sales).
- Minimum Diploma in Business or a related field.
- Strong sales and customer‑engagement capabilities.
- Ability to meet targets in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
