Sales Representative – Beauty Products

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic sales representative with a passion for beauty products to join our team in Nairobi. The role involves converting product knowledge into sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential business clients.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate and close sales deals.
• Onboard new clients and ensure smooth transition to service delivery.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update the pipeline in the CRM.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Gather market intelligence and provide customer feedback to management.

Required profile

• KCSE certificate or diploma in Sales & Marketing, Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology, Business Administration or related field (advantageous).
• Entry‑level experience (minimum 1 month) in retail, beauty, cosmetics or salon environments.
• Friendly, polite, approachable with strong customer service orientation.
• Honest, well‑groomed, energetic, reliable and punctual.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking sales activities.
• Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of nail products such as nail polish, gel polish, acrylic systems, nail tips, brushes, files, buffers, lamps and nail art accessories.
• Basic inventory management and stock‑taking procedures.
