Sales Representative - Corrugated Packaging

About the role

The Partnership Agency is recruiting a Sales Representative for a leading African manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging, which supplies food & beverage, personal care, pharmaceuticals and agriculture sectors. The role drives sales growth by finding new business, managing client relationships and promoting corrugated packaging solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell corrugated packaging products such as cartons, boxes and custom packaging solutions
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts to reach sales targets
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders and contracts
• Conduct market research on trends, pricing and competitor activity
• Liaise with production and logistics teams for timely order fulfilment
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve complaints promptly
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and forecasts
• Identify and develop new clients

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
• 2-3 years' experience in corrugated packaging/cartons or related B2B sales
• Demonstrated high performance in a field sales environment
• Professional certification is an added advantage
