Sales Representative – Roasted & Instant Coffee

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Sales Representative for its roasted coffee and instant coffee products, based in Syokimau. The role covers sales, business development, customer relationship management and territory management within the FMCG food and beverage industry.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell roasted and instant coffee to retail, wholesale, hospitality and corporate customers, and identify new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with existing and prospective customers, visit them regularly and negotiate pricing, promotions and product placements within company guidelines.
• Monitor customer stock levels and follow up on orders, deliveries and payments.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and product launches, and recommend ways to improve product visibility and sales.
• Promote products through social media and digital marketing, take part in demonstrations, exhibitions and trade fairs, and support in-store promotions and merchandising.
• Prepare sales reports, keep customer records, process orders and track outstanding payments.
• Plan and manage daily sales routes, use company vehicles responsibly and maintain relationships with distributors and retail partners.

Required profile

• Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in FMCG and beverage sales.
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling coffee, beverages or other consumer goods is highly desirable.

Required skills

• Strong sales, negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Additional sales or CRM certifications are an added advantage.
