Sales Supervisor - FMCG

About the role

Brites Management Services is hiring a full-time Sales Supervisor in Nairobi (CBD) within the FMCG industry. The role covers sales management, team supervision, channel management and trade marketing, with a stated salary of KShs 45,000-60,000.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets, monitor performance and expand market coverage and product distribution.
• Supervise and motivate sales representatives, conduct field visits and train team members.
• Drive sales across wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets and HORECA accounts, build distributor and key account relationships and monitor product availability, merchandising, pricing and visibility.
• Coordinate trade promotions, product launches, in-store activations and merchandising, and monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
• Build relationships with distributors, retailers and HORECA customers, resolve complaints and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Commerce or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, commercial coordination or FMCG operations.
• Experience in General Trade, Modern Trade and/or HORECA channels.
• Proven sales performance, leadership, negotiation and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales reporting tools.
• CRM/ERP experience is an advantage.
