Salesforce Administrator / Developer

About the role

Solvo Global is seeking a hands‑on Salesforce Administrator / Developer to design, build, and own automation for student‑ and employer‑facing operations in a healthcare workforce development organization. The role involves scoping requirements, recommending solutions, and delivering end‑to‑end Salesforce implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop custom objects, formulas, reports and dashboards for goal and performance tracking.
• Build employer partner pipelines using Opportunities, record types, roll‑ups and manage data migrations.
• Create record‑triggered Flows for risk case management and automated student outreach.
• Integrate Canvas LMS with Salesforce (Canvas → Cases) and support REST API/webhook integrations.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of hands‑on Salesforce administration and/or development.
• Strong experience building record‑triggered and scheduled Flows.
• Proficiency with custom objects, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, and data migration best practices.
• Fluent English with clear communication skills for non‑technical teams.
