About the role

Eni is seeking a Security Coordinator to support its operations in Kwakathoka, Wote. The role focuses on developing and implementing security plans, managing risks, and ensuring the safety of employees, assets, and the environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of security plans and objectives.
• Assess, monitor and manage security risks in line with laws, regulations and company standards.
• Provide expert security advice to management and coordinate responses to incidents, emergencies and crises.
• Gather and analyse security and business intelligence to aid risk‑management decisions.
• Maintain relationships with local authorities and relevant stakeholders.
• Support investigations and security checks to protect employees, assets and company information.
• Monitor security incidents, trends and human‑rights issues, ensuring proper reporting.
• Review security audits and drive improvements to local security management systems.

Required profile

• Secondary‑level technical education (degree preferred).
• Security, paramilitary and cyber‑security training.
• Fluent in English; Kiswahili is an advantage.
• Experience in security operations and knowledge of local security procedures.
• Strong planning, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
