Senior HR Manager – Human Capital & People Strategy

About the role

The Senior HR Manager will lead the Human Capital and People Strategy function, shaping workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management and employee experience across the organization. Reporting to the CEO/COO/CPO, you will align HR initiatives with business objectives and drive a high‑performing culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic HR plans that support overall business goals, including organizational design and workforce planning.
• Oversee full‑cycle talent acquisition, employer branding and executive search to attract top talent.
• Design and manage performance management frameworks (OKRs/KPIs) and competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Lead employee engagement, DEI initiatives and change‑management programs to improve retention and culture.

Required profile

• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in high‑growth corporate environments.
• Proven ability to align human capital strategy with enterprise objectives and drive organizational transformation.
