Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

Lifecare International Insurance Brokers is hiring a Senior Marketing Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Nairobi. The role drives business growth, strengthens Lifecare's brand presence in Kenya and generates measurable commercial impact through marketing strategies, digital campaigns, partnerships and client engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives to generate qualified leads and support new business acquisition.
• Plan and manage email campaigns to drive engagement and conversion.
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships, sponsorships, events and activations to expand market reach.
• Strengthen brand positioning and identify growth opportunities in the Kenyan market.
• Collaborate with the New Business and Customer Experience teams to align marketing with commercial priorities.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead conversion and ROI to optimise effectiveness.
• Work with the Group Marketing team to adapt campaigns and resources to the local market.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience, including hands-on campaign planning and execution.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, events, partnerships or sponsorships.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare or other relationship-driven sectors is an added advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong writing and editing skills.
