Senior Sales Executive – Construction Materials

About the role

The Senior Sales Executive will drive sales growth for Kaziweza Limited’s kitchen appliance portfolio within the construction and real‑estate market in Nairobi. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with contractors, developers, architects and interior designers.
• Promote and sell kitchen appliances and related products to meet set sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings and product presentations.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals and contracts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 + years’ experience in sales within the construction industry, specifically selling construction materials.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong network within the construction, real‑estate or interior design sectors is an advantage.
