Senior Sales Executive – Hospitality

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Executive to lead business development for a fast‑growing hotel. The role focuses on expanding the client portfolio across corporate, travel, meetings, conferences and events, driving revenue and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities in corporate, leisure, travel and events segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators and event planners.
• Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships that generate sustainable revenue.
• Secure business for conferences, meetings, weddings, group bookings and other events.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, convert prospects and manage key accounts.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows and networking forums.
• Collaborate with marketing, reservations, front office, F&B and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and pricing to uncover new opportunities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, revenue forecasts and business development updates for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of proven experience in hotel sales or comparable hospitality business development roles.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data.
