Senior Sales Manager – Film & TV

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead licensing negotiations for film and TV content across a range of distribution models. The role involves building senior‑level relationships with broadcasters and digital platforms, shaping deal strategy and ensuring smooth deal execution from initial discussion to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead complex licensing negotiations with broadcasters and digital platforms covering Free, Basic, Pay TV, SVOD, AVOD, FAST and emerging models.
• Strengthen and maintain senior‑level client relationships and long‑standing partnerships.
• Identify new sales opportunities arising from market entrants, technology shifts and evolving delivery systems.
• Collaborate with senior internal stakeholders to assess financial, strategic and long‑term impact of major deals.
• Represent the business at industry events such as MIPCOM and London Screenings.
• Manage avails and rights information together with sales executives and administrators.
• Oversee the full deal cycle, coordinating post‑deal activities with finance, technical, marketing and other teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international distribution, broadcasting or content sales with strong industry relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex deals and consistently meet revenue targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both oral and written.
• Commercially minded, strategically aware and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders.
