Shopper Marketing Manager (SSA OH)

About the role

As the SSA OH Shopper Marketing Manager at Haleon, you will drive sales growth by turning brand and category strategies into effective shopper‑focused tools and campaigns. You will work closely with Commercial, Brand Marketing, Sales and Category teams to ensure flawless execution both in‑store and online.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate shopper campaign plans with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Finance stakeholders.
• Translate category strategy road‑maps into clear growth plans and lead their implementation.
• Develop and deliver promotional strategies, including discount depth, frequency, and volume targets.
• Create Must‑Stock lists and active mix recommendations per brand, channel and customer.
• Drive category levers such as pricing, promotion, shelving, distribution and range strategy to unlock growth.
• Support forecast accuracy and demand planning by integrating commercial demand drivers into the IBP process.
• Orchestrate cross‑functional inputs for monthly planning cycles and brand/customer forecasts.
• Own shopper strategy aligned with brand growth, customer selling stories and in‑store priorities.
• Deploy point‑of‑sale materials (POSM) for in‑store execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in shopper or category marketing within consumer health or fast‑moving consumer goods.
• Strong ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable growth plans.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration and project‑management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on forecast accuracy and demand planning.
