About the role
The Public Service Commission, through the State Department for Housing and Urban Development, is offering a 12‑month Social Development Internship under the Affordable Housing Programme. The role supports housing development projects across Kenya and provides hands‑on experience in project documentation and mentorship activities.
Key responsibilities
- Complete duties mutually agreed upon and assigned by supervisors.
- Document relevant skills acquired in deployment areas and marketing project sites nationwide.
- Participate actively in mentorship activities and undertake additional responsibilities designed for the programme.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma from a recognised university, graduated no earlier than 2020.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Never previously benefited from a similar internship programme.
What we offer
- Stipend paid at a rate determined by the Government.
- Certificate awarded upon successful completion of the internship.
