Social Media Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and create engaging video content for Gedaivre innovations ltd. The role involves developing strategies, producing on‑camera videos, and driving paid campaigns to boost brand awareness and bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, shoot, edit and publish high‑quality videos and other engaging content, appearing on camera as needed.
• Manage all social media platforms, maintain a consistent content calendar, and monitor performance.
• Plan, launch, monitor and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other channels.
• Track campaign results, analyse data and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with influencers, creators and partners to support marketing initiatives.
• Monitor competitors, identify trends and new growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular reports on social media and advertising performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media and digital marketing (up to 2 years).
• Comfortable and confident appearing on camera.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing plans from start to finish.
• Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience in a startup or fast‑growing company is a plus.
