Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team in Nairobi. You will be responsible for building our online presence, driving engagement, and promoting our corporate transport services across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies, create SEO‑optimized posts, and monitor performance.
• Manage all social media accounts, launch campaigns, engage followers, and analyse growth metrics.
• Plan, shoot, and edit video content using professional editing software.
• Manage and optimise online advertising campaigns to maximise ROI.
• Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, maintain lists, and track conversions.

Required profile

• Strong marketing mindset with solid knowledge of SEO, email marketing and digital growth tactics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organised and proactive problem‑solver.
• Experience in the transport or related industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.

• Social media management tools: Hootsuite, Buffer.
• Video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut.
