Software Engineer Intern – CAD Application (Cloud Services)

About the role

Join Siemens Digital Industries Software as a Software Engineer Intern working on the NX CAD product. You will contribute to a large commercial CAD application, helping to exceed customer expectations through high‑quality, on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and test software components for the NX CAD application.
• Maintain existing code and resolve customer‑reported and internal issues.
• Execute unit and integration tests to ensure code quality before release.
• Collaborate individually or within a team to meet project requirements.

Required profile

• Current Bachelor or Master student in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of C++/C; familiarity with Python or C# is a plus.
• Understanding of data structures and object‑oriented analysis and design.
• Interest in CAD/CAM/CAE or graphics algorithms is desirable.
