Spa Manager - High-End Spa, Westlands

About the role

A high-end spa in Westlands is looking for an experienced, customer-focused and results-driven Spa Manager to oversee daily operations, staff performance, financial management and service delivery. The successful candidate will ensure smooth business operations, exceptional guest experiences and achievement of the spa's revenue and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, including scheduling, service delivery, cleanliness and adherence to standards, and manage bookings, treatment schedules, inventory, supplies and equipment.
• Recruit, train, supervise and motivate spa staff such as therapists, nail technicians and receptionists, prepare schedules, run performance reviews and promote teamwork and professional development.
• Deliver a premium guest experience, handle complaints and feedback professionally, and build customer loyalty through retention initiatives.
• Monitor sales, revenue, expenses, commissions and profitability, develop strategies to increase bookings, repeat visits and retail sales, and prepare performance reports for management.
• Coordinate promotions, loyalty programmes, packages and seasonal offers, support social media marketing and brand visibility, and track customer trends and competitors.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Business Management, Hospitality Management, Beauty Therapy or a related field.
• At least 5 years' experience as a Spa Manager or Salon Manager, preferably in a high-end spa, luxury salon or wellness establishment.
• Proven experience in staff supervision, spa operations, financial performance management and premium customer service.
