About the role

The Strategy Manager – Execution & Performance will coordinate, monitor and enable the effective execution of LOOP DFS’s corporate strategy. Reporting to the Executive Director – Enterprise Strategy, the role connects strategic planning with delivery execution and benefits realisation.

Key responsibilities

Facilitate the enterprise strategy execution framework, including Quarterly Business Reviews, OKR management and portfolio alignment.
Work closely with Business Unit Heads, Finance, Product, Technology, Commercial, Risk and Enterprise Delivery to ensure initiatives have clear accountability, measurable outcomes and transparent reporting.
Provide governance, performance intelligence and management information to support Lean Portfolio Management.

Required profile

Proven experience in strategy coordination, performance monitoring or related strategic roles.
Strong ability to translate strategic priorities into measurable objectives and executable plans.
Excellent collaboration skills with cross‑functional teams such as finance, product, technology and risk.
