Support Operations Officer – US Market

About the role

Free2move is expanding its North‑American footprint and seeks a proactive Support Operations Officer to drive partner adoption of its SaaS mobility platform. You will act as the main liaison for US dealerships and rental agencies, ensuring smooth onboarding, ongoing support, and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage the end‑to‑end integration journey for new US partners, adapting processes and training materials to the local market.
• Deliver webinars, training sessions and KPI‑based action plans to increase platform usage and identify upsell opportunities.
• Serve as the Single Point of Contact for technical issues, coordinating resolution across IT, Finance and Marketing teams.
• Translate partner feedback into concrete product recommendations for the roadmap.
• Continuously improve operational efficiency through automation and innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Strong autonomy and a “do‑er” mindset with a focus on results.
• Excellent communication skills and cultural adaptability to the US business environment.
• Experience working with SaaS platforms and partner ecosystems.
