About the role

Flowmingo is looking for motivated Talent Acquisition Business Partners to expand the reach of its AI‑powered interview platform. This is a commission‑only, flexible opportunity where you leverage your professional network to introduce Flowmingo to HR and recruiting decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo’s free and premium hiring solutions to contacts in HR, recruitment, and talent acquisition.
• Facilitate conversations that help prospects understand how the platform fits into their hiring workflow.
• Gather and relay feedback from new users to improve the product.
• Earn commissions for every successful referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent acquisition consultant with an active network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working independently with no fixed schedule or quota.
