About the role
Join Flowmingo’s Partner Program as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner. You will leverage your professional network to introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to HR and recruiting decision‑makers, earning commissions for successful referrals.
Key responsibilities
- Share Flowmingo with HR, recruiter, and hiring‑team contacts in your network.
- Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows.
- Gather and relay user feedback to help improve the product.
- Earn commissions for each qualified client referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.
Required profile
- Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or consulting experience with an active network.
- Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
- Comfortable working independently with flexible hours.
