About the role

Flowmingo, a Y Combinator‑backed AI hiring platform, is expanding its Partner Program. As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner you will leverage your professional network to introduce the platform to HR and recruiting decision‑makers, earning commissions for successful referrals.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce Flowmingo’s free and premium solutions to HR, recruiters, and hiring managers in your network.
• Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows and address any questions.
• Collect and relay feedback from new users to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each qualified client referral and receive a bonus when your own organization adopts the platform.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent‑acquisition consultant with an active network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working on a flexible, commission‑only basis without set hours or quotas.
