About the role
We are looking for experienced HR professionals, recruiters or consultants to join our Flowmingo Partner Program as Talent Acquisition Business Partners. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to your network of hiring decision‑makers.
Key responsibilities
- Introduce the Flowmingo platform to HR and recruiting contacts in your network.
- Help new users understand how Flowmingo fits into their hiring workflow.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve the product.
- Earn commissions for every successful client referral and onboarding.
Required profile
- Active network of HR, recruiting or hiring professionals.
- Passion for recommending tools that add real value.
- Self‑starter who can work independently on a flexible schedule.
