Technical Sales Manager – Animal Nutrition (Kenya & East Africa)

About the role

ADM is seeking a commercially driven Technical Sales Manager to lead and grow its Animal Nutrition business across Kenya and selected East African markets. The role combines deep technical knowledge of animal nutrition with strong B2B sales expertise to build lasting customer relationships and drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and grow Animal Nutrition sales across Kenya and East Africa, developing and executing annual and 3–5 year regional business plans.
• Manage and expand key accounts, direct customers, and distributor partnerships while identifying new market opportunities.
• Drive sales of premixes, additives, advanced feed materials, and feed solutions, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to create customer‑focused solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competition, pricing, and customer needs to uncover growth opportunities.
• Maintain a strong Salesforce pipeline, ensure accurate forecasting, and own revenue, margin, profitability, and market share targets.

Required profile

• Experience in animal nutrition, feed, additives, premixes, ingredients, or a related industry.
• Proven B2B sales and business development experience, including key‑account and distributor management.
• Strong analytical, planning, and forecasting skills with an entrepreneurial, growth‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international, matrix environment.
