About the role
The Relationship Executive will manage intermediary and client relationships for assigned insurance schemes, ensuring a superior customer experience and supporting business growth.
Key responsibilities
- End‑to‑end proactive management of intermediaries and customer relationships for the portfolio.
- Track and report on delivery of the OM Customer Service Charter to meet NPS and NES targets.
- Contribute to profitable growth through retention and competitive pricing of renewal/tender business.
- Support excess, undertakings, premium collection and cost control for under‑performing schemes.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years’ experience in the insurance industry, preferably in client servicing.
- Experience handling SME/Corporate clients and a proven sales track record.
- University graduate in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics or related field.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Technical knowledge of health benefit plans management.
- Understanding of AML, KYC and compliance processes.
