Telesales Representative – Onsite (Baba Dogo)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to join our sales team at Baba Dogo, Nairobi. The role involves contacting existing and prospective customers by phone, presenting product offerings, and converting inquiries into confirmed orders while maintaining strong relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales opportunities by contacting customers daily and converting inquiries into sales orders.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, process orders in the ERP system, and ensure accurate data entry.
• Maintain and grow long‑term customer relationships, providing updates on promotions, stock, and new products.
• Coordinate order fulfilment with Warehouse and Dispatch, tracking deliveries and resolving any delays.
• Support collections by following up overdue invoices and liaising with Finance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and gather customer feedback to inform product improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Customer Service or a related field.
• Proven telesales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong verbal communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently on‑site and handle customer objections professionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Tally ERP or a similar ERP/CRM system.
