About the role
Our client, a leading manufacturer in the plastics packaging industry, is seeking a Treasury Accountant to join its finance team. The role focuses on managing cash, liquidity, and treasury operations to support both rigid and flexible packaging solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Process bank transactions, cash payments and maintain treasury bookkeeping.
- Monitor liquidity, prepare cash‑flow forecasts and mitigate cash‑flow risks.
- Ensure compliance with internal treasury and financial policies.
- Track finance costs and manage financial assets and investment activities.
- Oversee utilization of financial facilities such as loans, overdrafts and trade finance.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
- CPA (K), ACCA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- 3–5 years of experience in treasury management, banking operations or cash management.
- Strong analytical, numerical and reporting abilities.
- High integrity, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
