Unit Manager – Lead Sales Team in Kitengela

About the role

The Unit Manager will be based on‑site in Kitengela, leading a sales team to achieve targets for insurance and investment products. This full‑time position focuses on recruiting, mentoring and coaching financial advisors while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and develop a high‑performing team of financial advisors.
• Set performance goals and monitor key metrics to drive sales growth.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of the sales unit, including resource allocation and reporting.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and product promotion.

Required profile

• Proven high‑performing sales experience with strong leadership and people‑development capabilities.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience, preferably in insurance, banking or financial services.
• Excellent planning, organization and performance‑monitoring abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kitengela and demonstrate integrity and compliance awareness.
• At least a diploma‑level qualification.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ambition are desirable.
