Unit Manager – Retail Healthcare Insurance (Coast Region)

About the role
This position drives revenue growth for the retail healthcare insurance business, focusing on SME and individual/family products sold through intermediaries. You will be responsible for meeting new and renewal sales targets while expanding the company’s distribution network across the Coast Region.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales plan that consistently meets new and renewal revenue targets for SME and individual/family healthcare insurance products.
- Identify, recruit and onboard new intermediaries, while nurturing existing agent and broker relationships to expand distribution reach.
- Introduce and train intermediaries on the company’s healthcare insurance solutions to ensure effective selling.
- Monitor sales performance, provide market intelligence and feedback to product and service teams.
Required profile
- Diploma (minimum qualification).
- Relevant experience in insurance or financial services sales, preferably within retail healthcare products.
