Account Manager

About the role

RemoteLegalStaff is seeking experienced B2B client‑facing professionals to join its growing account management team. The role involves managing relationships with U.S. law‑firm clients and ensuring successful placement of remote legal staff.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients from onboarding through long‑term engagement.
• Conduct client‑facing calls such as kickoffs, candidate reviews, and regular check‑ins with professionalism and clarity.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams to guarantee quality and fit at every step of the client experience.
• Manage multiple active accounts simultaneously, maintaining organization and preventing detail slip‑ups.
• Set clear expectations, surface issues early, and resolve problems before they escalate.
• Build strong, long‑term client relationships that drive retention and satisfaction.
• Facilitate smooth handoffs and transitions so clients always feel informed and supported.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of B2B client‑facing experience in account management, client success, staffing or similar roles.
• Experience in staffing, financial services, professional services or other service‑based B2B environments is preferred.
• Previous remote or hybrid work experience; fully remote experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English; ability to represent the company to U.S.‑based legal clients.
• Availability to work U.S. business hours with a start time between 06:00 AM and 08:00 AM PST.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communicator able to run professional calls and write clearly.
• Good judgment and decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with project‑management tools such as Monday.com, ClickUp, Jira or similar.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
