Area Sales Manager – Medical Aesthetics

About the role

Cynosure is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive lead generation and sales of its innovative medical aesthetics technologies. Working closely with the District Manager, you will manage a defined territory, develop new accounts, and exceed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and surpass territory sales objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective customers.
• Provide technical product information, conduct demonstrations, and prepare quotations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate records of prospects, sales activities, and competitive intelligence.
• Continuously acquire product knowledge through training and market analysis.
• Participate in company workshops, trade shows, and customer events as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within medical, aesthetic, or healthcare sectors.
• Strong ability to manage a sales territory and develop new business.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
