B2B Supplier Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Facility Management professional to join our growing team as a B2B Supplier Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist. In this remote, full‑time independent contractor position you will help expand our network of skilled‑trade partners, enabling them to secure contracts with major national accounts such as Walmart and Best Buy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage pre‑qualified service businesses (electricians, locksmiths, landscapers, HVAC technicians, etc.) using our proprietary dashboard.
• Guide new suppliers through the complete onboarding process, clearly communicating platform benefits.
• Collect, review, and verify licenses, insurance, and other required documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and track signup metrics in the CRM.
• Build lasting relationships, turning initial sign‑ups into active, long‑term network partners.

Required profile

• Prior experience supporting or working within facility management, skilled trades, or blue‑collar service industries.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication with a professional phone presence.
• Strong attention to detail, reliable follow‑up habits, and high accuracy in handling documentation.
• Customer‑centric mindset focused on helping local service businesses grow.
• Comfortable using online platforms and CRM tools.
