Branch Manager – Nyanza & Western Region

About the role

Rapidcash Ventures Limited is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead its operations in the Nyanza and Western regions of Kenya. You will be responsible for driving growth, ensuring compliance, and delivering excellent customer service across the branch.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day branch activities, including customer service, new client acquisition, loan disbursements, collections, filing, pipeline management and daily reporting.
• Achieve branch targets for all key performance indicators and contribute to overall revenue generation.
• Implement efficiency‑boosting strategies to reduce processing times and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Lead, coach and support a team of Business Development Officers and administrative staff to maintain high performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and community organisations to promote company services.
• Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies at the branch level.
• Collaborate with other branches and departments to share best practices and improve overall company performance.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
• At least 12 months of experience in micro‑finance or a similar banking environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and financial acumen.
• Understanding of compliance and risk‑management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
