About the role
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to support our growth initiatives within the hospitality sector. The role offers hands‑on experience in sales, marketing and client relationship management.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare reports on business development activities.
- Support customer engagement and retention initiatives.
Required profile
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self‑motivated and results‑oriented.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

What we offer
- Stipend plus commissions.
- Monthly salary range KES 15,000 – 30,000.
