About the role
VT Markets is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of its trading services in Kenya. This senior position will shape the company’s market presence, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue growth across the region.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement growth strategies to increase VT Markets’ market share in Kenya.
- Identify, acquire, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), institutional clients, and other strategic partners.
- Strengthen brand visibility through events, collaborations, and targeted marketing initiatives.
- Monitor local market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activity to mitigate risks and seize opportunities.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Customer Support to deliver customized client experiences.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.
- Represent VT Markets as the primary spokesperson in the Kenyan market.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B CFD sales or account management within financial services or trading.
- Deep knowledge of the Kenyan market, including client segments, competitors, and regulatory environment.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating teams and influencing stakeholders.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
