About the role
The Card Issuing Portfolio Manager will lead the planning, development and implementation of card issuing products and technology solutions across the card value chain. The role drives innovation, modernisation and ensures successful project delivery while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute card product strategies and road‑maps.
- Lead card modernisation and digital transformation projects.
- Coordinate with Technology, Operations, Fraud, Collections, Customer Experience and Marketing to optimise product performance.
- Provide strategic insights and reporting to support business growth.
Required profile
- 5‑7 years of experience in financial services with a focus on card issuing and product management.
- Proven ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Strong understanding of card operations, technology platforms, fraud management and customer servicing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Business, Finance, IT or a related field.
