Commercial Motorcycle Rider – B2B Fulfillment

About the role

Mania Riders is expanding its B2B fulfillment fleet in Nairobi and needs disciplined, professional motorcycle riders to execute last‑mile deliveries for high‑volume enterprise clients and on‑demand merchants. You will operate from the Westlands hub, covering key urban zones while representing the company’s logistics brand.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑demand and dedicated B2B deliveries across designated zones, following client‑specific SOPs.
• Handle a variety of goods safely, from documents and fragile packages to corporate inventory.
• Use the internal dispatch mobile app to log deliveries, update order status in real‑time, and track mileage.
• Conduct daily motorcycle inspections and report any service needs immediately.
• Maintain a clean vehicle, delivery box, and uniform to uphold brand image.
• Provide courteous service at merchant pickup points and to end‑consumers while adhering to road safety regulations.

Required profile

• Valid Class A2 Kenyan driving licence with a clean riding record.
• 2–3 years of commercial riding experience in Nairobi’s e‑commerce or courier sector.
• Deep knowledge of Nairobi streets, shortcuts, and building layouts, especially around Westlands, Parklands, CBD, and Kilimani.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an Android smartphone.
• Ability to operate a mobile dispatch application.
• Familiarity with navigation and route‑optimization software.
