Commercialization Manager – Digital Banking

About the role

The Commercialization Manager reports to the Head of Digital Banking and is responsible for driving commercial success, adoption, revenue growth and market penetration of digital products and services. The role bridges product development, marketing, sales, customer experience and business strategy to deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercialization strategies for digital products and services, defining revenue, adoption and acquisition targets.
• Lead go‑to‑market initiatives, coordinating product launches across functions and measuring launch effectiveness.
• Drive customer acquisition and digital channel migration through campaigns, partnerships and onboarding optimisation.
• Identify and implement monetisation opportunities, optimise pricing and commercial models, and monitor product profitability.
• Conduct market and competitive intelligence, benchmark performance and spot portfolio gaps.
• Define, track and analyse product performance metrics to ensure measurable business value.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital banking or fintech environments, focusing on product commercialisation and revenue growth.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, marketing, sales and customer experience teams.
• Strong analytical mindset to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
